OLIO CAPITALE 2011 : Extra-virgin olive oil expo

The event's main goal is to build wider knowledge about extra-virgin olive oil and its characteristics.

The targets are those areas of Europe whose significant economic growth in recent years has made them receptive to an increasingly quality-focused niche market; and also the general public and those who need to be able to offer the final consumer one of the most characteristic "mediterranean diet" products, paying increased attention to discernment of taste.

Olio Capitale expo will take the form of a “container of activities” designed to attract visitors from Italy and abroad, as a top event that will have the city buzzing.
